What incoterms, MOQ and lead times do you work to?

Usually CIF European port, with another incoterm possible on request. No fixed minimum order quantity: it depends on the value of the goods and on amortising the cost of the container and the transport. Typical lead time of a few months, varying with the mill's workload — to be confirmed at quotation stage.

How do you handle regulatory compliance?

CBAM, safeguard quotas and tariff-rate quotas, Melt & Pour traceability, anti-dumping measures: importing directly from a mill outside the European Union creates a regulatory exposure that we track in order to flag the points to check with your customs declarant.

From what tonnage does mill representation make sense?

There is no fixed threshold: it depends on the value of the goods and on amortising the container and transport cost, which has to stay justified against the gain obtained at source.

Can I mix several mills on one project?

Yes: each mill has its own grades and dimensional limits. A project bill of materials can be split across several partner mills according to what it contains.

Are the mills ISO 9001 certified?

All four partner mills are ISO 9001 certified. SPS, as a trading company and commercial agent, is not — see the Quality and certifications page.
