Piping packages and documentation for EPC projects

Complete package, schedule, documentation, certificates: one contact for the whole bill of materials. On an EPC project, the expensive supplier is not the one with the highest price, it is the one who lets a date slip or delivers an incomplete document pack.

What you come to us for

An answer to a bill of materials, not to a line item. Which means being able to say what comes from stock and what comes from the mill, with two different lead-time horizons in the same quotation, and then holding both once the order is placed.

Then a document pack. On a project, the material arrives and the paperwork arrives with it — or the lot cannot be accepted. Material certificates, origin, traceability. This is where improvised suppliers separate from the rest, and it is arranged at enquiry stage, not at delivery.

What we supply

An enquiry worked line by line, with the source and lead time stated for each item, and a quotation that distinguishes what ships from European partner stock from what is manufactured at a partner mill. On complex enquiries, we respond within 2 to 3 working days.

The document pack is built alongside the order: EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, origin, Melt & Pour traceability where your specification requires it. If your specification calls for documents we cannot obtain from the chosen source, we tell you at quotation stage, not on receipt.

We are a lean company: two partners, no warehouse, no engineering department. That is what makes mill price without stockist margin possible, and it is not what you need if you are looking for engineering support bundled with supply.

Frequently asked questions

Can you quote a complete bill of materials in a single offer?
Yes, and it is the form of enquiry we prefer: it lets us optimise sources across all the lines rather than item by item. Allow 2 to 3 working days for a response on a complex bill of materials.
How do you manage lead times on a scheduled project?
By distinguishing, from the quotation onwards, what comes from European partner stock — 5 working days from confirmation — from what is manufactured at a partner mill, where the lead time is built with the mill. A quotation giving a single lead time across a mixed bill of materials is not reliable.
Do you supply 3.2 certificates?
The standard is the EN 10204 3.1 material certificate. A 3.2, which requires an independent third party, is arranged with the source from enquiry stage. State it in the tender documents.
Do you work on projects outside France?
Yes. We are a Reims-based company serving a European market, and our partner mills ship outside Europe. Geographical scope is settled at enquiry stage, particularly with regard to customs implications.

Tell us what you need: grade, size, quantity, deadline. Same-day response on a simple enquiry, within 2 to 3 working days on a complex one.
